This web page is a direct entry point to the condensed matter section of arXiv.org, a fully automated electronic archive and distribution server for research papers. The condensed matter section is partitioned by subject classification keywords. Current subject classes of the condensed matter section are: disordered systems and neural networks, materials science, mesoscopic systems and Quantum Hall effect, soft condensed matter, statistical mechanics, strongly correlated electrons, superconductivity. Different options to find a paper are provided: e.g. a list of abstracts of papers received that day (new), or a compilation of authors and titles for submissions of the previous days (recent). Users may view the abstract of a particular paper by entering the paper number (abs), and last but not least search interfaces are offered that enable users to search the archives. The CCDC is producer of the Cambridge Structural Database (CSD) which records bibliographic, chemical and crystallographic information for organic molecules and metal-organic compounds whose 3D structures have been determined using X-ray diffraction and neutron diffraction. The Cambridge Structural Database (CSD) is distributed as part of the CSD System. Access has to be licensed. The CCDC site provides some free services such as enCIFer, a CIF checking, editing and visualisation software or CSDSymmetry, a collation of observed molecular and crystallographic symmetry properties. Forschung am HZB gliedert sich in folgende vier Bereiche: Solarenergieforschung, Großgeräte, Magnetische Materialien und Funktionale Materialien.
